On #Women’sEntrepreneurshipDay, we celebrate all the amazing female founders who are turning dreams into action. In 2019, @pepsico’s WomanMade program supported founders with funding, mentorship and community in partnership with @wbenc, @helloalice_com, @unitedway, @lisawangwins and @womenintheworld and through programs such as Nutrition Greenhouse and the Stacy’s Rise Project.
In honor of this day, we have also partnered with @krogerco to launch limited-edition Rise Project bags that have been designed by female artists to celebrate three key characteristics of female founders: Grit, Success and Inspiration. Go get yours now and help support female founders because when women rise, we all rise!

Taking a moment of gratitude for all of our five Rise Project Finalists! We couldn’t be prouder of the work you have accomplished these past three months and cannot wait to witness your continued future success. A special thank you to @padmalakshmi, who has been an integral partner throughout the entire #RiseProject2019 and joined us for our final event to share her wisdom with our finalists. #HelpWomenRise
@stacys is proud to present our #RiseProject2019 Grand Prize Winner, Hannah Hong of @itshakunabrands! A first-generation American and daughter of two entrepreneurs, Hannah left corporate America to chase her own American dream when she and her best friend first created Hakuna Brands as a banana-based non-dairy frozen dessert to answer their lactose intolerance. Hannah received an additional $100,000 to help take her business to the next level.
Congratulations to all of our five finalists. #RiseProject2019 #HelpWomenRise @helloalice_com
Last week our five Rise Project Finalists visited @Frito-Lay to present their final pitches to a judging panel for the chance of winning a $100,000 Grand Prize. The winner will be announced in NYC on November 4th. Frito-Lay associates were able to meet the Rise Project Finalists, sample, and purchase their products at an event in the Cafeteria.
Congratulations to our Risers for completing their three-month mentorship program and delivering amazing pitches! #RiseProject2019 #HelpWomenRise
